There was a job posting on LinkedIn for a customer service position with a company called IgniteG. It asked for the job seeker to send an email with their resume to [email protected]. A few days later I received a response that I was shortlisted for the next interview steps, but that they needed me to do I9 paperwork beforehand. They sent a link that now that I think about it, was pretty cheesy. Then they asked that I download Microsoft Teams and add them, which I did. From then on that's how they communicated. They set up an interview time, which they did not show up for, and then said that the third party that conducts their interviews was having technical difficulties and to please be patient. That was 5 days ago and I have not heard from them since.
