A person came to our house and agreed to do the job. He mentioned that he wanted to receive 50% of the project cost as upfront cash, with the remainder to be paid upon completion. However, his grandmother fell ill, and he is now unable to finish the job. When we asked him to return the money, he has been making various excuses and has not fulfilled his obligations.
