On 12/12/2024 I was contacted via email by Mr. Nicholas Shaynes, who identified himself as the Head of Customer Service at the company Create Evolution LLC, in relation to a vacancy for Customer Service Representative and sent me a link to a https://workpanel.online/register portal to complete the job application. On 12/13/2024 he sent me another email indicating that he was going to receive a call from Human Resources Manager Jennifer Martinez for a telephone interview at (213)260-3397, a call that I received and answered by answering questions related to employment. On 12/17/2024 I received an email from Mr. Nicholas indicating that he had passed the telephone interview and that they needed me to upload the following documents to the portal created https://workpanel.online to continue with the hiring process: Driver's License, employment contract and I9 Employment Eligibility Verification form as part of the fundamental requirement to start employment. Both the contract and the I9 form were attached to the website for download and electronic signature. On 12/27/2024 I received a message from Mr. / Nicholas on the https://workpanel.online portal indicating that all the documents had been approved and that I was going to start from that moment on with an unpaid training process with the company and that after completion they were going to start counting the days of payment; in addition, attached some PDF documents of the company. I proceeded to respond to his message on 12/29/24 01:42 and received no response from him. I wrote to him again on 12/30/24 09:52, 01/02/25 07:42. I have tried to contact the numbers +1(213)-260-3397 and +1 (877) 977-9703 without response. Additionally, when reviewing the documentation they sent attached about the company of the Office of the Secretary of State with File No.: 202463614824, I could not validate the file number in Search | California Secretary of State, since the page states "No results were found for "202463614824". All my personal information is at risk: my social security, license number, alien number, and current address.
