A text message from the nys dmv telling me I have fines that I have to pay by June 23 or they will report me to the dmv suspend my registration by the next day, suspend my driving privileges for 30 days, transfer a toll booth charge a 35% service fee, I will be prosecuted and my credit score will be affected (I don’t even have a car)
