I received a text message that I had an outstanding ticket and my driver's license would be revoked by June 1st if I didn't visit the provided website and pay the ticket by then. I don't have outstanding tickets, so I investigated the "administrative code" they provided to find out what it was for and found this on ScamPulse.com of the fraud reported yesterday.
