I saw advertisements on instagram for MyCozyShark. I went to their website mycozyshark.store and purchased an item from their website on 9/28/2023, costing me $40. Soon thereafter a shipping label was created on 9/29/2023. Ever since then the item is still supposedly in Woodridge, IL and "USPS awaits item. I have e-mailed the company multiple times at [email protected], initialyl in the beginning they responded to me and ensured it would arrive by last week. It did not. I have tried again and since then have heard absolutely nothing from them. I have requested a cancellation and refund, no response. When I look on the shop app, I see there are several negative reviews all with complaints of the item never arriving, or inaccurate sizing and people not being able to reach the company for a refund, eventhough their website says you can intiate a return for refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
