They from MyAncestry.com offered annual and semi annual services to work on your family tree. Nothing popped up disclosing you would be charged a cancellation fee if you wanted to cancel before that time frame. I cancelled and was charged $27.11. I contacted them and they said they would do a refund, but it’s been a week and I still haven’t received it.
