A charge appeared on my PayPal account in the amount of $64.78. I enquired what it was for, no response. Filed complaint with PP. This prompted the thief to send a envelope containing some valueless tiny decals. PP rejected my claim on the basis that "My Order" had been tracked and had arrived.

I pointed out to PP that it was a scam, I had not "ordered" anything, the funds were stolen from my account, the useless decals was simply a ruse to "prove" that my "order" had been fulfilled.

PP again rejected my claim. Clearly PP is aiding and abetting scammers, their so called BUYER PROTECTION PLAN is not worth the paper it is written on.
