My experience is much like everyone else's on this page. What they promise and what they deliver are not the same. The item is a cheap plastic piece of junk which is unable to be attached to a sprayer wand as there is no quick connect piece on the sprayer, just cheap plastic threads that immediately strip if you try to screw on adapters in order to attach the wand.
Emails to the seller are totally ignored.

I was scammed into buying 2 of the Mopexpro because it was a promotion and I could get 2 for 1 at the time. I thought one would be a good gift. Was I ever WRONG! When I finally received my order the package was all taped together. The MOPEXPROs were delivered in plastic bags without any of the attachments. I noticed right away these were not the items I purchased, these were cheap bright yellow plastic, like a child's beach pail. Same quality. I wrote to MOPEXPRO right away, with no return answer. Then the next week again, with no answer. Come to find out they charged me for BOTH of the machines and no discount. Deceitful. This company in my opinion invested their money in this awful product and wants to scam others in to paying their debt.

After reviewing the video online showing a very nice metal driveway scrubber, I ordered the Mopex Pro. After several weeks of waiting, and several emails requesting an update, a plastic bag showed up at my house. Inside of the plastic bag was a severely distorted yellow plastic scrubber. This piece of junk is totally unusable. I contacted the Customer Support department and they asked for photos. I sent photos and a video. When asked about the photos, they stated that they could not open the photos. I sent the photos again, and followed up after another few weeks. They replied that they had not heard back from shipping. I asked for a refund repeatedly, and have not received a reply.

I ordered and paid for a Mopexpro. It arrived in a plastic bag with no instructions. The yellow ring had been broken. I sent them a picture of the broken piece and was told I would get replacement. I too was scammed with the cheap plastic disc. I have gone to Lowe's and Home Depot and privately owned hardware stores trying to find an adapter that fits this piece of junk and no one has anything that comes close to having an adapter that fits my quick connect power washer wand which makes it useless. They're getting rich off of customer's trust. How can these crooks stay in business by scamming so many customers?

I had the same issue. I noticed the 1st issue when I got the tracking email. The link didn't show where my stuff was and couldn't even find my order. I reached out for help and just got a sob story that due to covid and everything they have been having issues and shipping is running behind. I get the product a whole month later and then find this cheap piece of crap they sent me that doesn't work with my pressure washer. I reached back out to customer support to find out they have a not refund policy. I cut and pasted from their own website about the 30 day money back guarantee to fall in deaf ears. They just keep sending me back the same no return policy. I've reported their page to the Facebook cops (if they bother to validate). I reported them to the FBI web fraud site (https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx) and looking for more places to report them too. They don't show up in a normal google search so they are hiding well. I've come to the conclusion that you can't buy anything from Facebook whatsoever. Been scammed several times and keep trying to validate before I purchase. Amazon only shopping for me going forward. If Amazon doesn't have it, then it must be a scam. And if I can scammed from Amazon, they take care of you.

I have also been scammed. All that you stated happened to me. Phoned my credit card company an they said that I have to call the Canadian Anti- Fraud Center. If this company is known to them they will email me a letter that I can send to my credit card company to have the charges reversed. I was charged $112.69 CDN.

MOPEXPRO advertises a large black disk pressure washer spray attachment that attaches to any 1/4" (standard) pressure washer. Their video shows happy customers getting a large black 15 inch wide cleaning circle with spinning metal twin sprayers that makes the job of cleaning a driveway go much faster. What MOPEXPRO sent was 1) the wrong unit (a cheap plastic yellow disk about 10 inches across with a little plastic twin sprayer, 2) with no ¼ inch adapter (which makes it impossible to attach to any standard sprayer, thus making the unit useless) and 3) their website's home page prominently shows they promise a 30 day money back guarantee, which they now claim is negated by a small print disclaimer elsewhere on their website. When I contacted them, MOPEXPRO said they refuse to refund my money even though I am still well within the 30 day window to cancel the order and ask for a refund of my money. I have written six letters so far to MOPEXPRO requesting that they do the right thing and make this order right. I am insisting on either a full refund or to receive the correct unit. They refuse to do either. They insist that the plastic yellow toy they sent is the same as the large black disk they advertise and refuse to acknowledge they are obligated to fulfill their promise.
