I also was scammed by this company on the carseat 69.99 deal. I should have known better. The paypal name reads Foncham LLC which also has NO information online at all or a website. Also, the email address they give you comes back undeliverable. Thousands of people commented on the fb ad, I hope they did not purchase.

Supposedly selling car seats “at cost” free shipping and accepts PayPal, which I thought gave it credibility. I never received even as much as a confirmation email about my car seat. They debuted my account and almost two weeks later I have yet to receive my car seat. They will not let me log into the account they forced me to create (assumedly to get my email and password for further scamming).
