They claim the company from Milabrant.com is in US (I was given multiple addreses in CA) but items are shipped from China. I complained about the poor quality of the item and asked for a refund. They told me they would send a photo of a replacement and if it was acceptable, mail it to me, but that never happened. They refuse to replace the item with what I ordered, or give me a refund. The products they are advertising look nothing like what you receive. Other people have complained on social media. It’s a scam. If I ship the item back to China, I have to pay for all of shipping costs. The item is clearly deformed/defective. I’m concerned that they have my credit card info.

I added a side by side photo, comparing what I ordered and what I received. It’s a disgrace!
