Type of a scam Online Purchase
I have been diagnosed with cancer and was looking for some Rick simpson oil. I found the Mike wise show facebook page. I made contact and he gave me a price. I paid by Paypal and he asked me to use the 'friends and family' route to pay and after i made payment (he wanted a screen shot of the payment page) he then said it would cost another $300 dollars for a 'refundable insurance' which I would get back as a refund when i received the goods. I then feared something was wrong and looking into it, it seems the facebook page this so-called Mike wise is using is fake. There is a 'real' Mike Wise out there who I have since contacted, and he is genuine. He says he is always getting scammers copying his page. I have been contacting the scammer regarding my package and when it would be delivered, and he sent me supposed tracking details for a courier called 'Express Logistic' (expresslogistic.us) with a tracking number of WPC062721068517-CARGO. When I try and track it on the website, the page looks genuine, but the more you read on this courier's website, there is a whole load of grammar mistakes and poor text. It has raised my suspicions that this is definately a fake website, and when I read the other person on here mention 'Glo shipping express logistics', and I looked at their website, it looks very similar in layout to 'Express Logistic' website. I think there is a big scam going on here, preying on vulnerable people like myself who are desperately looking for alternative treatments to help with their health conditions. I do hope this can be looked into, I would hate for other people to be conned out of money like I have been.
