Saw an ad on Facebook Merrill hiking boots 50% off last day. The seller's website seemed real as they had https and secure lock symbol in url. However, these scammers are very sophisticated and try to look as real as possible to take money from people. They are dangerous criminals that know what they're doing. Don't fall for it like I did. First give away is the website name. elivelike.com is the website I bought the boots off of. It's weird and there's sloppy text on one of their pages. They don't provide any contact info besides [email protected] which they don't respond to. Their address is in Cambridge, UK but they have Asian names and I heard some of their products are knockoffs from China. Their website url has only been in use for about 6 months which means they probably were using a different one before to scam people before they had to change it. THIS IS A SCAM, DONT TRUST THEM.

This company is only a scam. They will react to email until you try to email them for an return address. Now all of a sudden no one wants to respond to my email. I would highly recommend not doing business with “LOBBCAT SHOES”.

I saw Merrill hiking boots advertised as 50% off last day on a Facebook friend's page. When I clicked on the boots, the website seemed real as the url even had https and the secure lock symbol. While buying the boots I used my debit card to pay which only took maybe 5 mins. They asked for my billing and shipping address and my payment info, again normal. After buying the boots, I received a confirmation email with my order number and they said they would email me when the boots have shipped. Here I am 5 days later June 30, 2020 and I haven't received any other emails from them. I emailed them back at the same provided email on their website and the sender I got the confirmation email from and haven't gotten a response. I researched the website name and company name provided on their websites contact us info and found that the website elivelike.com was created on 12/23/2019. I found other complaints about the web engine Shopify but none with the website I was scammed by. When I searced Middle Bridge Ltd (the "company" name on the website) a profile comes up on this website https://suite.endole.co.uk/insight/company/12374621-middle-bridge-ltd with 2 listed names of it's directors which look like they are of Asian background. These scammers have become really sophisticated and make themselves look as real as possible but in the end they are criminals that are happy to take as much money from you as they can. These specific scammers that took my money must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, they are some of the worst and most dangerous criminals. I hope nobody else falls for this scam.

Meecofe is advertising keychains and knickknacks on FaceBook- I ordered one and only found out later that they have no phone number and that email doe not work. They also are listed under MiddleBridge Ltd in UK. it was $30 scam.

I ordered a pair of shoes for $79 at lobbcat.com on Facebook on April 12th, 2020' as of now (June 23rd) they have not arrived and i don't think ever will. They keep giving me excuses. They do not have a phone number just an e-mail address and they only respond what ever the f... %&@ they want... Should I sue Facebook for letting these companies get away with this?

I ordered some birkenstock sandals from a page on Facebook . All looked legit till I realised ordered wrong size . The site was named shein who I have used before but it was spelt shein shoping which made me suspicious . Sent 4 emails no reply last one I sent I asked if it was a scam . I received a very poorly worded email saying order had been changed . Now when I've looked into invoice the address and name of the company have changed . It was registered to an address in Paris along with another list of what now looks like bogus company's . The new name
is now middle bridge Ltd

I saw Globerain's ad on Snapchat and decided to check it out. I saw some really cool chairs with a super good deal and decided to purchase them. After I purchased the chairs I decided to look the company up and Google said that Globerain had only been a company for 4 months and didn't really have too much information on them. Globerain had an Instagram that was in Bulgarian with only 1 picture on it and a facebook with no reviews on it. The icon for the Globerain facebook was different than the one on the website but it was the same as another Google result that said Globerain on it. I clicked it, it said they sold board games and were based out of Hong Kong. I checked the address of that company and it was the same as address as several other companies. I started getting nervous that this wasn't a real company and I immediately emailed Globerain and said I wanted to cancel my order when Globerain emailed me back it was 4 am. When I emailed Globerain back after they emailed me I got an email saying the email for Globerain didn't exists and wasn't a legit email address. I know it isn't a legit company now and discourage anyone else from purchasing products from them. Globerain will just take your money and run!
