I ordered 2 pair of Sandals advertised as Vionics (Bella and Tide) through a Charmmee ad on social media. Charmmee is affiliated with Middlebridge Ltd. Charmmee indicated their product and order was USA. It took nearly 2 months to get my shoes, while demanding status of my order near daily. I had to email, as they had no telephone number listed when I back tracked to contact them. The Shoes arrived in a plastic bag, were made in China, very poorly made, and NOT Vionics. Now I only order through Amazon, or know for sure the credibility of the business. I also seek USA made products in/shipped from the USA.

I ordered a queen size cooling blanket. After quite some time, I finally received a blanket. It is the size of a baby blanket, it smells horrible and it has blood stains and burn marks on it! Of course, no phone number to call. This is ridiculous! Don’t order from Chicpallette!

I have been scammed by these overseas companies too many times. They copy pictures from magazine and send crap! Buyer beware. Look up company. This needs to stop. They are laughing all the way to the bank

Same...I ordered under the company name Chicnewin from and as on Facebook June 20. Still says paid, order unfulfilled. There policy says if it hasn't shipped "just call and cancel for a full refund"...but low and behold--no phone number ANYWHERE. They are a subsidiary of Middle Bridge LTD, UK and operated under MULTIPLE company names all of which are fronts. I sent them an email and told them I reported them ?? like they care I'm sure, which I did to the fraud unit of the FBI (of course, I don't know if they have any jurisdiction, but feel like they should as they are operating in the US. I also reported them to Facebook and have not seen and ad for that particular company since, but have seen the items I ordered under different company names and feel certain they are affiliated. Lastly, I reported it to my bank, had to fill out a fraudulent charge report and my money will be refunded by my bank, who will then pursue action against the company. So, if we all do the same and make enough noise...sooner or later they will either get caught or be forced to rethink their scam. Rest assured, next time I'll check the reviews BEFORE ordering, cause you guys could've saved me a lot of stress. Sadly, I REALLY wanted that dress LOL

Report them to the Better Business Bureau. I would also post on Facebook that they are a scam company and to not order from them. You could report them to the FBI as another customer did. Make sure you put as much information as you can. There is an email address at the very bottom. You have to click on contact us. Make sure you email them and then keep all correspondence you receive from them. Also contact your bank and report a fraudulent charge.

I have ordered 2 Edition 2 TB Pen Drive over two months ago and have not received he item. I’ve sent several messages and was returned as email address was not valid.

Ordered Merrill Moab 2 walking shoes for 55 dollars received a pair of shoes that definitely were not Merrill didn’t even try to make them look like Merrill by using a Merrill logo and shoes were half the weight they should be, contacted seller who offered 10 % refund stating “commodity costs, promotion costs, and store maintenance costs means their profits are very low and their profits are ver low so it is hard to be perfect”, so does this mean they have the right to send you an inferior product you did not order !

This company should be shut down.

I ORDERED 29th APRIL - ALMOST 3 MONTHS LATER AND A WHOLE THREAD OF EMAILS AND STILL NOTHING. For the past 6 weeks I have now been asking for a refund and keep being told just wait a few more days. HORRIBLE SCAM OF A ‘COMPANY’ AND I AM ESCALATING THIS OUT OF PRINCIPLE!

I ordered a pair of "Roots" sandals and a "Roots zip up hoody from Rootsoneline.shop (their spelling) through Facebook.. Total money spent $54.00 canadian. I received my order yesterday. I received a cheap pair of sunglasses. I have contacted their e-mail address supplied on the confirmation e-mail with no reply. Their website is now not accessible. Middle Bridge Ltd was listed as management company originally. I guess I have kissed my money goodbye. Unfortunately I didn't realize it was a "knock off" site until after my order was processed. I have learned my lesson and will do more research the next time.

They are definitely fraud. I ordered a watch for $ 60 3 months before. After almost 25 mails they have gone quiet. Do not deal with them. Legal action should be taken against them, I ordered noting a UK address but it appears they are out of China.

Ordered Brikenstock sandals on June 15, 2020 and they got my money but can not get my shoes. I think they are a scam, don't order from them you will lose your money. I have tried to contact them and they keep saying they are in transit, but I never get them. I have reported them to Better Business Bureau but don't know yet. They need to be put in jail for robbing people.
