MetaWin.us traps winnings below withdrawal threshold and demands more money
When I attempted to withdraw my winnings, the platform charged a mandatory $1.50 service fee, reducing my balance to $48.50 - just below their 50 SC minimum withdrawal threshold.
I contacted customer support. They:
1. Falsely claimed they "lowered the minimum from 100 SC to 50 SC" (it was already 50 SC)
2. Closed my support ticket as "resolved" without actually resolving the issue
3. Then sent a follow-up email demanding I deposit $10 to "break the seal" on my "custodial wallet" before I can access MY OWN WINNINGS
This is textbook advance-fee fraud - requiring a deposit to withdraw legitimately won money.
The $48.50 is trapped in my account with no way to access it without paying them MORE money.
I am seeking:
- Withdrawal of my $48.50 (or full $50 with fee waived)
- No additional deposits required
- Access to money I legitimately won
