Type of a scam: Worthless Problem-solving Service Scam

Was called on 10/3/2023 about a free back brace. Call came from a Tony Adams. ID number 2405. Said brace would be delivered by FedEx. Still have not received brace and getting busy signal when I call 1-857-262-8975

I have been receiving numerous phone calls from Medical Svc. Group. That is how it appears in my caller ID. I have had at least 21 calls in the past month. The caller does not say anything. When I answer and say hello the calls disconnects. When I called back I reached an answering service. They were fixing their system. A couple of options to leave a message. It hangs up on me. I have numerous phone numbers in my caller ID. 216-716-1001 216-716-1002 and 216-716-1003. When I block a number they use another number. I have additional phone numbers I can provide at another time. I do not have access to the numbers now. I went on Google and it showed they are out of Los Angeles. I think they are trying to get personal information. Account numbers maybe. They are trolling.

A call was made to this landline this morning, advising me, speaking rapidly, about who and where she was from.... then there was complete silence so I finally said "ok" as if to prod her to ask who she wanted to speak with. She hung up and when I try to call that number back, it is shut off I guess. There is no sound at all coming from the other end. I said "ok", so I am concerned that this person will say I bought something from them - perhaps they have my credit card number or something.

They use many numbers always using 513. It began with saying my husbands doctor had asked them to call with instructions for a brace they would provide. In one week they called 59 times.

I receive at least two calls every day from the Medical Svc Grp - my phone identifies them as "Potential Spam" and I do not answer. The phone number used increases each time (ie. the last number goes up one digit). It is annoying and I've reported it to the Federal Government but the calls continue.
