I purchased two (2) tickets for a stargazing tour at the end of covid (2022) tours run from May to September. We were unable to schedule a trip, so I requested a refund. I contacted Mark Coppinger through email and he said he would refund my 115.00 and I would see a credit to my account in 5 business days. Apparently, the card he "says" he tried to refund was inactive and the refund was denied. He told me I needed to contact my bank. I contacted my bank and they checked. NO REFUND was attempted to my account. The bank told me (and so did Mark Coppinger) even if my card was inactive they would credit to the correct account. I have emailed Mark Coppinger approximately 7 times and he has now stopped responding. He never gave me my refund and I have since checked reviews for this company and there are SO MANY people that he has taken their money and people did not get the tours. He has not refunded people and the reviews even say the same thing I was told by Mark Coppinger....."I will issue your refund. You will receive a credit to your account within 5 business days."

He apparently promises a refund and then no longer answers emails.

I don't think it is fair that he is allowed to keep so many people's money for NO SERVICES....This man is a Scammer!!
