Followed the return policy . Did everything needed - they emailed me that they couldn’t send me labels for return . They would try to offer me different amounts of money for the refund . One time 70 percent , another time 20% and then 40 %

They sell fake merchandise. I contacted them over 15x for return information for refund. I called their customer service number and it's a foreign language recording. They don't want to do legitimate business and continue to not initiate a return of fake merchandise.

on line add for mens clothing. Went to website to purchase clothing. Website looked legit. Placed the order for $172.00 of mens clothing. Paid using apple pay. payment went through, but company said they do not have any order from me even though they took my money. Have since read reviews on line about this company which I should have done before buying anything, but website looked legit. Every review (111) all said they got scammed out of their money and product never received.

Website is a scam. Purchased a sweater for $68.93 and realized it’s a scam and I never received my sweater I ordered. There is no phone number to reach them and you can’t get a hold of anybody to get a refund or cancellation.

I ordered a cardigan from this company on the website. We received the order on 12/17/22 thru UPS. The cardigan came with no brand label on it and all the care labels were cut off. The quality of the item is not as described in the website. There is nothing on this cardigan identifying anything about it. It isn't even the color as shown. We requested a return label for refund. They say the item has to have labels attached for refund and they are the ones who cut them out. I have been emailing back and forth with the vendor and they are offering me only a 30% refund and I have to pay for return shipping. Not acceptable. I am working with my bank thru my visa credit card to obtain a refund. I believe the bank will refund me and then they will go after the vendor. In the meantime I would like for you to investigate complaints against the vendor and find a way to stop them and shut down the website. I am certain that they are a scam website.
