I purchased clothes advertised on their website. I paid $187 for the items and then received an email that my order was confirmed. This was many days ago and despite multiple emails and phone calls to find out when my stuff will arrive, I have reached nobody. No tracking information, no updates on my order, nothing. It is obvious they used their site as bait, took my money and now collecting from the next victim. They are a scam artist company and should be shut down. Their site needs to be shut down so they can stop scamming people. I am out of my money, but that is fine, I'd rather see their site shut down than try to get my money back.

In order was placed through their website. After two weeks of not hearing anything or receiving any type of tracking information, I reached out and asked to cancel. I have approximately 30 emails back-and-forth. They are refusing to refund my money telling me that it’s going to take six months for them to refund because they’re having a problem refunding money.

I ordered a men's corduroy jacket which never arrived. There was a confirmation of order, but nothing after that. After multiple attempts to contact these people, there was never any response, and now 6 months later, I've given up.

Company is using AI generated pictures to advertise their product but real product doesn’t match those pictures and upon contacted them for return and reimbursement they are not complying bit instead they offered me to send me one more of the same order after I pay for shipping.I have multiple emails in which they don’t want to take their product back.

Manlytshirt is a men's clothing company that is based in Whittier, California USA. The company advertises its clothing products extensively online. I ordered a sweater that I received. I then received an offer to purchase an additonal item with a 30% discount. I paid $102. (USD) for a suede jacket. I received an e-mail from a company representative who identified themselves as "Judy Reuben." The rep. informed me that the item I ordered is out of stock and I could substitute another item with a complimentary $10. allowance. I responded with a new item number. I followed up with another request. To date, I have not received my merchandise. I only received a generic acknowledgment of my e-mail without any additional information (e.g, a tracking number).

If you Google the name of the company and customer reviews/complaints, you will see multiple customer complaints that manlytshirts is practicing a pattern of deceit/fraud/scam in which customers' orders are not sent and promised refunds are not issued.

Terrible quality jacket. Asked to return and give me a return address but they don't. They would not issue a refund unless I give a good review. Been going back and forth with them for weeks through email. Return policy says they will refund if you return item. Have tag on item and sent picture showing them but they will not refund unless I give a good review on Facebook.

Purchased clothes on the site, 3 of them were nice professional work sport coats, a jacket, and then a peacoat. I paid for the items, it said there was a coupon of 30%. I went to checkout it wouldn't let me apply it even though clicking on the site and getting the code at checkout it wouldn't work. I purchased the order an emailed the company. They didn't reply, and then they did days later I asked if they would refund the difference between full price and the 30% coupon which turns out to be 100$ difference. In emails they said they would, and then we went back and forth they said they wouldn't. Then they had misspellings. I said they were a spam site, and my items never shipped but they took my money. I called the bank and disputed it and now it's under investigation. Not cancelling my order, or refunding it which I asked for both, misspelled words, and not shipping items is a major factor in this write up the company is a scam, and I want to save others. They sell high end clothes and a nice website but do not ship the product. Also seen on redit, users complain they didn't get their order.

I came across an add on Instagram for Manly T Shirt selling men's apparel. I purchased (3) items. (1) leather jacket and (2) two men's shirts. The order was made and paid for on 11/24/24. I've received a handful of correspondence from their office notifying me of my order being enroute to be delivered a few times in the past weeks but have yet to receive my purchased goods. After several attempts to cancel my order and demand a refund their company has stonewalled me and have ceased responding to my e-mails. Please aid in shutting this company down as they're not a reputable company and are effectively scamming people out of their money. If possible, please also help in helping me obtain a refund for my purchase. Thanks.

I ordered a jacket from Manlytshirt.com on 12/22/24.

I received a confirmation that the order was processed, and that a shipment confirmation would follow, but that never came through.

I emailed [email protected] and [email protected] for update, and then for a refund but neither email was answered.

I requested refund through Paypal, but I believe it's predicated on a response from the "vendor"

I ordered Christmas presents that only a few cheap items showed. I’m missing probably $400 out of $479 worth of clothing. The few items I did receive had the tags cut out so I’m not sure where the clothes came from except for China.

I placed this order worth $140 11 days ago as of December 10th and now as of December 21 I am still waiting for my Delivery I also payed for 24hr Delivery... You cannot track the order and I have recieved the Shipping Confirmation, When I tried to contact the company phone, It pulled underneath an OHIO area code, The phone number immediately hung up and said servers are unreachable...

I purchased a leather jacket but when I received it, it wasn’t leather at all. I contacted them through their email because it’s the only way to do so. They ask for my recite because they couldn’t find my couldn’t find my order. I sent the copy of my recite and pictures of 2 other websites with the same exact jacket for sale. I haven’t heard from them for my return request and I found numerous others on a website complaining about this company and none of them have gotten a refund.

I made a purchase on manlytshirt.com in the amount $264.33 for men’s clothes and a pair of boots. When the clothes finally arrived (weeks later after contacting support for shipping updates) the clothes were of bad quality, not as advertised, and too small. The website has a posted return policy which I followed. On the day I received the items, I followed up with support to initiate a return. After days of no response, I followed up again. Finally, they wanted to negotiate. Us keeping the items with store credit. I immediately sited their website return policy and I wanted a full refund but they said they would not take the product back. I emailed support various other times to try and have my items returned but now Gmail says my messages are “undeliverable.” I looked up the company further on Facebook: “Manly Trend” according to their link, many other people have reported fraud and same experience as me.

I ordered something from their website that ended up incorrect. When I requested a change to the order 15 minutes after the order was placed they said it was too late that the product had been shipped. When I tried to return the item they changed the requirements several times. After several attempts to get them to let me return the items they mentioned that they would just credit my account within the next 5-7 business days. I waited 5-7 business days but never saw a credit on my account. I went to reply to the same email we had been communicating on when it showed that my email could not be delivered. The website is still active. However, I believe I was blocked by the company.

I ordered a 3XL jacket through their website and it is super small and doesn’t fit. I reached out to request the return and they said they will send me a larger one if I leave them a positive review on Facebook. I told him I would, but now they’re ghosting me and won’t return my messages. I just want my money back. Thank you.
