GOLDEN RETRIEVER PUPPY SCAM

Same experience as previous post.
Scammer said there were Golden Retriever puppies available for adoption. They had 3 free shipping coupons and were in New Castle PA. One red flag was that they said the dogs were "[censored]ty" and potty trained... Also the contract was governed by laws of Tasmania?
They would not allow us to Facetime with the puppy.
