Machineryandtractor.com is an auction website auctioning used equipment. They originally stated they were located at 9290 US Hwy 431 in Albertville, Alabama. I reached out to the business at that location and they didn't know of a company by the name of Machinery and Tractor, but had been receiving many call inquiring about them.

Since then, I noticed their address has changed to 976 Kenmore Avenue in Buffalo, New York.

I was the winning bidder on a utility tractor from Machineryandtractor.com. The company wanted my shipping address and proof of identification to email me an invoice for tractor. From the invoice, the funds needed to be wired to an account. Just didn't seem right.

I called and asked the person on the phone if they could email me a picture of the tractor that I had supposedly been the winning bidder on. The didn't have a good answer for me and said they would call back. Never heard from them again.
