bought online Microwave. Order was processed. Item was never shipped and tracking number was invalid after 10 days. Fake business phone number that is routed to New York City. No response via company email.

I found a fridge and oven I liked at a cheaper price on a website that boasted good reviews and seemed legitimate. I purchased the items and waited for the expected delivery date. I was even given tracking numbers. After the date passed I tried to get in touch with both Lyra Kitchen and the shipping company, but no one returned my messages.

I bought a Profitic MOVE Espresso Machine on the website for Lyra Kitchen for $1,124.50 with my credit card on 8/3/26. Today, 8/6/26, I received an email stating that my order (1064) was canceled by email which I never sent. I saw the supposed email, and it was not sent by me. They canceled my order with tracking number. The tracking number said it was in transit but that is a lie! I called the company and they apologized but didn't reverse charges. Review the Lyra Kitchen reddit string. Reddit commenters investigated the address which is a small house in Sacramento and the area code is 518 not CA area code plus the cost of kitchen items is too good to be true. I was scammed.
