I bought a product from an ad and noticed after purchase they had signed me up to an ongoing subscription I did not consent to. Upon seeing that I emailed them to cancel said subscription. Instead of honoring my request they proceeded to email me back with alternative offers to stay. I asked them several times to cancel and I did not receive a cancellation and had to contact my bank to add a stop payment for any future charges. Their customer support does not honor its clients requests and signs individuals up for ongoing charges without their consent. I believe this is a fradulent tactic. Ive included the first email i sent and have several others i can include of the ongoing responses.

I purchased a product that was very clearly marketed to postpartum women. I purchased said product with the understanding there was a money back guarantee. This guarantee was posted in multiple places on the website. After consulting a doctor I tried to file a complaint with the company for a refund in accordance with their money back guarantee. I was told they would not honor this guarantee. I filed a dispute with the credit card company. To save themselves they said they would refund me the money when the dispute was closed. Now that the dispute is closed the company is refusing to refund me the money. This company is riddled with false advertisement and is making false claims to financial institutions so they cannot be held accountable for their false advertisement.

I ordered what I thought would be a one time purchase that was turned into a monthly subscription. They claim that the subscription can be canceled easily at any time. There is no way to cancel the subscription once you give them your information. They continue to charge your card and send excessive amounts of the product. I even had my card number changed and they still managed to slip the charge through. I have filed a dispute with my credit card but I have been warned that they will likely change their name and process it again next month under a different name.
