I ordered a Father's Day gift in May 2026, from LunaCub-US. I found their product while on social media (Instagram). My order was confirmed and I was provided a tracking number. The tracking history reported that the product was delivered to an address on the other side of the country. I contacted the seller with no response. I contacted GOFO (delivery service) to question the package location. I was informed that my name and address were not linked to the tracking number I had. The company states that they function out of Saint Petersburg, Florida, but the item states it was shipped from China.

I ordered something from LunaCub-US. They said the item shipped and was marked as delivered, but delivered to a random address in Alabama according to tracking. The address I provided is in New Jersey. I have reached out on multiple occasions trying to get in touch with the company to refund or rectify the situation and no one responds.
