The website clearly states free returns within 30 days with no complications and also 30 days to fall in love or your money back. I contacted them by email to initiate a return and now they are telling me I have to pay for return shipping to China and once they receive the goods back in China I will get a full refund. I have not yet initiated the return to China since that would not be a free return and I am also hesitant to spend more money and not be certain I will receive my money back for the products.

This company advertises on Facebook. I have contacted them twice and was told that the order was in transit from China. Their return policy is totally false based on what is printed. I have requested, both on the phone and via email, total refund.
