Received shoes which were found to be of cheap quality - light weight, almost cardboard like material. Shoes weighed 5.4oz each. I requested a refund & they wanted pictures - which I sent. They then offered me a 15% discount. I refused & again requested information on how to return shoes for a full refund. They replied that I should "gift" the shoes and they could offer me 20% refund. I again refused and asked for at least 50% back. They also repeatedly told me it would be too costly to return shoes. This started on 4/28/2021 and they have not offered a resolution.

I also left a poor review on their website for my shoes. I noticed all the other reviews were 4 & 5 stars with a small American flag next to it. I gave them a 1 star and a little red flag appeared next to my review. I returned to the site less than an hour later and my review was removed! How is this company legal in our country? Return address was CA.

Awful! I waited over 3 months only to receive an email saying they were out of stock after they said they had shipped them. Still waiting for reimbursement. Emails were barely legible and completely unprofessional. I don't even believe this company makes shoes! Terrible! Buyer Beware!

HORRIBLE! The shoes took MONTHS to get here and smell so horribly and are so cheap it's ridiculous. They look like they are made from some cheap felt slapped on some cardboard. I doubt the horrible smell will ever go away but even if it does I would never wear because they are so cheap! The bag they finally came in has a return address of California but obviously that is a lie. I wish someone could shut this scam down its horrible!

Ordered a pair of size 8 sandals in March fron a fb add through PayPal. Received sandals in May in size 5. Lulupairs us not responding on how to get correct size. I've been scammed!

I placed my order with LuLu Pairs on April 5, 2021 for 2 pairs of shoes spending over $60.00. I have exchanged multiple emails with the company and am getting absolutely nowhere. I have requested a refund as well and received nothing. Please see attached screenshots of the correspondence between the company and myself.

*Refund Given* I went through PayPal and filed a complaint. I was granted a full refund within 2 days. I hope it works for others - not sure how to best post this on here.

I have had the same scenario. I have asked for a return address & all I get is an offer for 15% refund and told me to give them as a gift because the shipping would be too costly. The grammar is poorly written and takes days to get a response. Any suggestions?

Ordered 2 pairs of sandals. Expected long wait time but it’s been over a month and they are still not here. I initiated conversation with customer support who acknowledges delays. As I requested a refund in response to their offer, communication ceases and supposed “tracking” information shows up in my inbox. No cancellation acknowledged, no more replies and sadly, no shoes. Shame on me. Buy American.

Umm my review is different from everyone else. I actually bought some sneakers from them for $42 in total. I loved them ? took 22 days to receive my shoes since the day I paid for them but that was expected since it’s China but I’m definitely satisfied for the cost ?? They are cute. I would buy more.

I ordered two pairs of shoes spending $50 plus shipping and then when the shoes did not show up I emailed, they were coming from China, they finally arrived and are nothing like the photos they are cheap and gross looking, the bottom is a cheap plastic that looks to be made from a plastic straw like material and the so called cork look is faux looking wallpaper for shoes if a way to explain it. I am angry and want my money back.

I placed an order for five pair of shows and spent $142 and some change on said shoes on 3/25/2021. As of 4/23/2021 I have not received my purchase. I began emailing the company on 3/30/2021 because my order status was not updated on their website and that was cause for concern. I received response from the company stating that my order was shipped out but there were delays at the post office, then another excuse I received after sending another email was that it was held up in customs. When I logged into the site to check again it said my order was complete with a tracking number but the number does not provide any information at all to where it is coming from or where my order is! I am livid because I now believe more than ever that this was a fraudulent transaction. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, why can companies like this even exist! This is ridiculous.

This was a Facebook ad for shoes, the company states it is based in California, I ordered a pair of sandals March 30th, they sent me a follow up email on April 11th stating the package was in the way with a tracking number that is not for any of the major shipping carriers or USPS.

Ordered three pairs of shoes, received no email of shipment. When I emailed [email protected], they responded stating it was shipped from my post office and I should be receiving them, but the post office was unable to provide a tracking number due to “high demand.” I asked which post office and no response. I tracked my order on their website using the order number, and it said “unshipped.” I emailed the same email as prior and they said the same, that it was shipped from my post office that was unable to provide a tracking number. I responded asking which post office and that it was not shipped based on their website. No response. I called PayPal and received a refund. Definitely do NOT recommend purchasing from this website.

I bought two pairs of shoes via an instagram ad I received. After 9 days the website said the order hasn’t been shipped. I reached out and they first told me it was stuck at the post office. I responded and asked for a tracking number then they replied again "not to worry" the was stuck at the post office and they would "handle" it, then still didn’t provide a tracking number. I responded AGAIN that I'd like either a tracking number or a refund and then they continued to tell me the package was now stuck at china customs. They won’t acknowledge my asking of the tracking number or request for a refund. When I googled the company lulupairs there was high fraud alert for their website. Highly recommend you DO NOT order from this site. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Association & also to PayPal to receive a refund. If you've purchased through their website as well then I suggest you do the same.

I am so disappointed by the low quality shoes I received from Lulupairs today. I definitely should have researched them first. I spent $50 on 2 pairs and received absolute crap. I rarely complain and I don't usually mind slightly lower quality items if they look decent, but this is low, low quality. Plus, it took over 2 weeks to get here because Lulupairs claims they're based in California, but the shoes shipped from China. When I asked for an update on the package because my tracking number wouldn't work, I got a link and a ? as a response - no other words in the email. These photos don't even do the low quality of these shoes justice. They look nothing like the cute shoes I saw in their ad and on their website. It's probably the lowest quality product I've ever purchased and I am confirming that Lulupairs is definitely, definitely a scam. Buyer beware!

This is a China company, they use a US address to think it comes from the US. You get no answers from them when you contact them, they tell you over and over the same thing that it is stuck in customs, but yet their website says my items are unshipped. I have yet to receive my items, last time I ordered a pair is shoes from one of these companies I reviewed a ring worth nothing instead of my shoes. Do not order from this company. I have commented on their facebook posts to warn people, but they removed my comments and somehow I am no longer able to comment on their posts.

I saw advertising repeatedly on Facebook for lulupairs shoes. Lots of styles and choices and "likes" - nearly 300. Reasonably priced. I have a small shoe size and was impressed with the number of choices in smaller shoe size. Ordered a pair, promptly got the email that they had shipped effective January 26, 2021. Charged through Paypal at about $30. A month later, no shoes. Sent email to the [email protected] and no response.
