Ordered on 11/18/21-from Lulupairs-denim slides sandals size 8, blue. Order #LPEFX11711 for $26.98-total amt. $36.14 with tax and shipping. Received shipment- size wrong and quality poor. Have tried repeatedly. {on line} to return item, get a shipping label, have cost refunded to my credit card. Company did respond for more details, however, refuses to tell me how to return this item. Mayim, in customer service, retail, even suggested I gift them to someone else! Can you help me to resolve this problem? I want to return the sandals for refund to my credit card. The website is a scam literally don’t buy from there I spent 40 dollars on shoes and they never came. When I clicked on tracking, it constantly said the package was shipped and never changed or updated. I am unable to get my money back. Do not buy from there, it’s a scam!

Beware this is a scam, paid for pair of shoes and never received. They sent a text message saying they were delivered via text message and they were not delivered. Phone does not work and no response to email.

I ordered five pairs of shoes. Four of which I paid for. I received three one of which was the free pair. I informed the company and they told me to wait several more days. been over sixty-five days

This company is dishonest. Not sure if they feel their customers are naive or just plain stupid. Many email exchanges and never did I get an answer to my questions. The weeks of waiting for a pair of shoes is unrealistic, but worse yet the different excuses. I've been refused a refund. No future business from me.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get the address for a refund. They will not provide it, but try to get me to accept a partial refund. The shoes are horrible. The website touts a 50 day warranty and refunds. AVOID AT ALL COST!

The same experience as many of you, bought 3 pair of shoes the sizes were incorrect, the one pair that fit very uncomfortable. I am trying to return them and they are just keep saying to give them away and that they will refund only15%.

I did receive my order but the shoes are impossible for me to wear the arch is way to high so I did request a refund I been going in circles they offer me a 10% discount then said to give the shoes away as a gift . I cancelled the order and requested a refund the amount was 113.43 I truly wish I had researched this company before I ordered Please don't order from this company it is a SCAM

I ordered 3 pair of shoes. It took a month to get my first pair. They are cheap and defective. I have been trying for a week now to get the information to return them and get a refund. The company asked me if I would keep the shoes for a 10% discount on my next order. I said, no.
They then asked for 20% of my next order. I said no again. Explaining that the shoes are defective and sending pictures. Now they asked if I would take a 30 % off my next order.. I said no again, told them several times to give me the information that I need and still have not gotten it. I told them to cancel the rest of my order. They said that my order had been shipped. They next day I received a shipping notice.. I am still trying to return the trash that I received.. I do not recommend this site at all!

DON’T RISK IT!

I Placed order for a pair of sandals on 5/21/21. I never received a shipping notice. When I log in to my account it has said status complete for weeks.

Tracking number can’t be found by any carrier.

I have never received my shoes.

I emailed then on 6/9/21 with no reply.

Amount of purchase was $36.98

The phone number does not work!

This was a very enticing ad on FACEBOOK. The pics of the shoes are gorgeous. After reading the other complaints, I’m not holding my breath on ever receiving them.

Worst experience ever! Wish I had researched before I bought. Phone number is fake, customer service is a joke, won’t let you post reviews… biggest rip off ever! I tried to get them to send me a return label based on the horrible craftsmanship seen below and they won’t do anything about it. I am making it my mission to find every single fake Facebook and Instagram listing I can. They operate under many different names, so beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!Shoes do not at all look like they do in pics-cheaply made. Only rcvd one of the two so far and tracking number goes no where. Here was their response to my complaint to them-‘ We're so sorry that you're not satisfied with the items.
If you return/exchange you will bear the expensive shipping fee.

Will it be possible to give it to others as a gift?

Or how about a big coupon for your next payment as a way to make up for this?’

Ordered product 5/23 (now 6-16), still no product, no tracking that it shipped, no confirmation contact and the order number still shows unshipped. Email correspondences blame transportation but will not give a deliver by date, just a run around.

Ordered shoes on 5/23 and still have not received. The responses have been its on the way and they will contact the post service but I have never been given a tracking number to confirm the product has even shipped - just an order number in their site stating unshipped. Their FB post does not allow comments to be added. Shame on me for purchasing from them I suppose.

I placed an order March 25th for one pair of heels and the shipping was a standard 3-5 business days. During checkout it prompted me to pay through PayPal. On April 7th I reached out to customer service to inform them that I haven’t received my package. They quickly responded on April 8th stating that it has already been shipped. On May 2nd I request a refund after still not receiving anything. They reply and sent a fake tracking screenshot on May 6th. Long story short, We keep emailing and I still haven’t received my shoes or a refund.

What a horrible experance. Never got my shoes. This is 2 1/2 months now. says it was held up in china. Taught me a lesson to NEVER buy outside of USA. Liars and scammers is all they are. I will never get my money back. I'm turning them in somehow.
