Purchased a dress from lucky dressy can't find a way to contact them. Tried over a month by sending emails no answer

I ordered a dress for my daughter for prom. We ordered ahead of time and even paid the extra money to have the order rushed. It gave us an expected date of delivery for April 7-24. By April 17th I had not heard anything and emailed them which was their only source of contact. They only replied that it our dress had many undertakings and they would email us with an update. 8 days later and no update. Their website says tailoring takes 8-15 says and shipping 4-14. Like I said we paid extra to have other dress order rushed and it hasn't even been shipped by their estimated delivery date. They also say they have a 24/7 chat but it does not exist. And their customer service email address does not exist and gets sent back to your email. Now we will have to find a dress in a short time for my daughter's prom. So disappointing.
