I had gone to a Walmart ad saying it was selling items @ 90% off, I did not realize it was not Walmart until I checked my bank account. I had two debits one from WFWXJY.com for 18.54, and one from Lowsmall.shop for 77.78. I contacted Walmart they said there was no purchase made with them and they would never offer 90% off and told me I had been scammed. My bank originally considered it a fraud but then reversed it because I had made the purchase that I thought was from Walmart. They said I should report it to the scam department which I did, however they declined to refund my money because I couldn't provide additional information on the scammer so they closed my claim and told me to contact the BBB.
