Received a phone call from Louisiana Security saying my alarm system is old and they want to put in new key pads at no charge. Could come out today at 1 pm. Made the appointment but was suspicious as my alarm company is Custom Security so I phoned them and they said this is another alarm company trying to steal their customers. Not only is this wrong but I would be letting a stranger into my home messing with my security system. The phone # they used is 225-325-2144 but when I call back to cancel all I get is a recording saying operator 38 is on their line.
