I ordered a Chunky knited blanket from this store and I have never received it! It was purchased December 18! Everytime I email them I get it's coming and I have even received a tracking number which ups states they do not have it! I emailed them and they stated they haven't got a response from the shipping and would keep me posted!

I ordered a blanket from this company on 11/26/17. Received confirmation of my order within minutes and on 12/7/17 received communication that the item was shipped out and would take 8-14 business days. It is not 1/22/18 and I have not received the item. When contacting them they phone number mailbox is full and the email system responds back with saying it was a busy time give it 7-10 days to arrive, then 10 days later they told me give us 72 hours to track your package and investigate. There is a runaround and the tracking number they gave is invalid and they refuse to refund my money. I still have not gotten what I paid for two months ago

I placed an order on loosely after seeing many Facebook ads. My order was a Christmas present and I placed it on December 3. They have already taken my money and I have yet to receive anything from them. I have tried to contact them multiple times asking for a refund. But they refuse to give it to me. They provide a fake tracking number that doesn’t work and keep saying it’s already in transit. Do not buy from them. This is a scam.

I ordered a blanket from them 12/7/17 and initially the expected delivery was 12/23. Then it changed to 12/26-1/3, then it changed to delayed with no date. I tried several times to contact, sometimes I can get a person on the phone sometimes the number is disconnected. The customer service is of no help and cannot give me any information about my order except that "it will be delivered eventually". I tried emailed and got mostly vague responses. I did eventually get a tracking number for the USPS and over 2 weeks later the USPS website says still awaiting package. Tried emailing again but the emails will no longer go through. They won't respond to phone, email, or Facebook. Still no blanket and they charged my card the day it was ordered. Have since seen hundreds of people complaining of the same deal.

Hi. I ordered 3 products from this Store on 12/15/17 hoping they would be here for christmas gifts. I order 3 large knitted chunky blankets for $295. I AM STILL WAITING on my packages to arrive. I have tried to keep up with the tracking of my packages but the day after christmas the tracking only says "on the way".. I have contacted and contacted these people time after time asking and trying to inquire about my packages but i keep getting the same automated response..."we are did an internal check and tracking hasn't updated so the packages are still airborne and will update when they reach its destination country"... After further investigating this "company" I'm not the only one who has had this same exact problem...Somebody needs to do something about this so called company...

I purchased a giant knit blanket that (A) took over a month to receive, (B) when i received the blanket, it was made from something that was not yarn. The blanket completely shreds the moment you touch it. It is completely unusable. The company will not return the item or refund me.

I ordered a large chunky knit blanket from looselystore.com. It was advertised as a special Thanksgiving price on Instagram and Facebook. Order placed 12-07-17. I paid $64.45 for one knit blanket. The size they advertised was suppose to be @twin size blanket. They changed their sizing from inches to centimeters in the week or 2 following the special price. So I basically purchased a pillow case sized blanket. However as of today, 12-31-17 I have not received the blanket. I have sent emails to loosely store via their email address posted on their website and on Facebook. Email sent on 12-24-17 [email protected], response back on 1-2-18 they had overwhelming demand and delays. No other info. Email sent on 1-4-18, response back on 1-7-18 with tracking number that is bogus, does not work. That I would receive package in 3-7 working days. and to contact local post office for the package.

Email sent on 1-9-18 to facebook page- no response.

Emails sent to [email protected] on 12-24-17- said that they have 15-20 working days for delivery.

Emails sent on:12-16,12-19. No reponses.

This website is a very nice, very believable website. Beware that this is truly a scam.

Credit card charges showed made to "Elizeta" computer program and data processing services.

In my emails I have requested order cancelled, and request for refund.

In searching on their Facebook page and Instagram page they have dozens of comments from people asking where their orders are, they have not received them. Also many of these posts and their page posts are getting deleted. Please check into this company. It is a scam. There are pages and reviews on FB, instagram, internet stating this company changes all their phone numbers and locations change. I have seen several numbers posted in their comments to people, different numbers. None work.

After several weeks of waiting for a knitted blanket to arrive, it never came. We were given a fake tracking number. There is no was no way to get in contact with the store. The phone number is fake and doesn’t work. They won’t respond to Facebook messages or emails. It is so frustrating because there is no customer service.

I purchased a chunky knit blanket from looselystore.com. I waited 3 weeks after receiving the shipping confirmation email that claimed I should receive my purchase in 12-18 days, to contact customer service. They sent me a tracking code after this contact. The blanket arrived a week later. It's nothing like the images or description on the website. It's very poor quality. I reached out to customer service and my only option to get a refund is to pay to ship the product to China which would cost $60. They refuse to pay for shipping. I order a second item at the same time as the blanket and it's been 6 weeks and I still haven't received it. They refuse to cancel the order and refund for this item. This store is a scam.

I ordered a blanket from this company weeks before Christmas and still haven't received it come mid January. The company never responds to me emails inquiring about the order and the tracking number never updates. After delving deeper into the company I found dozens of similar reviews on the web reporting that people either never received their product and/or never received a refund. I'm sure there have been other reports about this company.

I checked their company reviews and they seemed valid (in hindsight the verification company doesn’t seem to exist and I can’t leave a review and the language is off). I ordered products and was promised in a 14 working days. Received two months later products that are CLEARLY cheap garbage. Tried to contact Company

And minimal response. Tried calling Company and they had a message saying too busy to answer. Said they were in Spain but actually cheap garbage from Korea. Asked for refunds repeatedly and kept not answering. Fake reviews. Fake products and products clearly sent if one complains enough but just enough to say you sent something. Not even trying to return because I know I won’t get my money back.

They took my money and never sent me my blanket!!! It’s been two months.

I ordered an extra large chunky blanket 11/26 and have recieved nothing...i learned their are hundreds of claims with PayPal, including mine. Because they provided a bogus tracking number on the last day of the claim being decided in my favor, I am still waiting for my refund from this fraudulent company. Don't waste your time or money and pay a little more for something made is USA. And Pyapla has been a nightmare since they provided a bogus tracking number.

11/23 My husband and I purchased 3 items off looselystore.com for Christmas gifts totaling $100.54 We expected to receive the items within 2 weeks (per the website) and most certainly before Christmas. My husband tracked the items throughout the following weeks and tracking info stated that it would be delivered by 12/25 (Christmas). We did not receive the items until 1/6. All 3 items (sweater, dress and shoes) were not as described. They are absolutely horrible quality. The dress has a stain on it, the soles of the shoes are peeling and the sweater does not have the same weave as what was pictured. They also had a foul odor and did not have any garment, size or care tags attached. I have tried reaching out to customer service and the phone number provided is no longer in service. I've sent an email requesting that they provide me with a prepaid label so that I can return these items and get a refund but I have not received a response back. This website uses legitimate photos and descriptions of merchandise from other retailers and then they send counterfit, low quality items. The total of our purchase was $100.64 but after speaking to my bank, we found out that they charged $101.65. Through researching them, I have found that this is a known website for scamming people. The merchandise that is described and pictured is not what you receive.

I bought the 200x200 grey chunky blanket that came 5wks later. It was not grey. It was lavender. I took a photo to tell them it was not grey and it was poorly knit. Looked like insulation material! I demanded a return, and I have to send it bk to China. What a scam! I’m afraid to send it bk for fear there will not be a return. Scam!! Run from this company!

If you place an order, they will immidately charge card and not supply any product. They are fake company, marketing fake goods.

Loosely Store is taking orders online & through several social media platforms. Do your research, you will find that they are in fact NOT shipping out any orders. There is NO way to speak with a person.

Do not buy from this store. I ordered this blanket on 11/27 it is now 12/29 and i have yet to receive it. They said it should be delivered between dec 16 and dec 27. They have no tracking info on it and they say it's coming from overseas. If I call it goes to someone's person cell phone and then if it goes straight to voicemail and i call back it goes to some automated message for a business but no one ever picks up. They have no address as to where this store is. Again do not buy from this online store!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!

Tried contacting by two phone numbers both of which are not in order.

Contacted be email and sent email stating it was automated and because of the large volume of orders mine was delayed. Bogus tracking number that just states package is on its way. Ordered over a month ago.
