I get several calls a day, that I never answer, and they always leave a voicemail. The woman’s says is about my loan application but I have not applied for any loans. It’s always the same message:

“Hey there, this is Jessica again from your loan processing team. I've been trying to reach out to you regarding your loan application, but we haven't been able to connect yet. We just need to verify if the final details mostly related to your income and if you other men or items just to complete your approval, could you please return my call at 877-867-5139 it would be ideal if we could finalize this before 5 PM Pacific time However, if you changed your mind, would like to cancel your application or no longer wish to proceed. Please feel free to let us know as well. Once Seven 78 And also just a reminder, my number is 877-867-5139 I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon thank you so much and have a wonderful day…”

I block the number but then they call with a different but leave the same voicemail with the same call back number.

I've been receiving these calls multiple times per day. Jessica trying to reach me regarding my loan application. Calls are coming from different numbers all over the country, but leave a return number of 877-867-5139. The message says that they are in Pacific Time.

I have not applied for any loans and have not spoken to anyone, but keep getting the same or a similar voicemail.

Call asking for a call back to a different number requesting info to complete a loan application. I’ve called and told them to stop calling because I’ve not applied for a loan. When I called the person on the other end asked “is this Rodney?” To which I replied no!

I have not applied for any loan. This call sounded like a recording. This is the second call I've gotten like this, the first one being yesterday.

Phone call transcript from my iPhone:

"Hey there, this is Jessica again from your loan processing team. I've been trying to reach out to you regarding your loan application, but we haven't been able to connect yet. I just need to verify if the final details mostly related to your income and if you other minor items just to complete your approval, could you please return my call at 877-867-5139 it would be ideal if we could finalize this before 5pm Pacific time today, however if you've changed your mind, would like to cancel your application or no longer wish to proceed, please feel free to let us know as well when you give us a call back make sure to mention your application ID just for a faster process. Your application ID is... once again that number is A as in apple. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you so much and have a wonderful day."

Left message stating: "Hi, this is Jessica from the loan approval team. I'm calling regarding your loan but we need to verify a few details, specifically about your income. Please return my call at 877-867-5139 ideally before 5PM Pacific time today. When you call mention your application IF - it is A as in Apple H as in Hotel Z as in Zebra 34578. Again that is A as in Apple H as in Hotel Z as in Zebra 34578. My number is 877-867-5139 and your application ID once again is AHZ34578. I'm looking forward to getting this wrapped up for you. Talk Soon. Thank you."

Scammer called on Saturday January 18, 2025 at 2:12pm CST from phone number 725-323-5515. Left voice mail that I have open loan directing me to call 877-867-5139 to discuss. The same scammer called from other phone numbers as well leaving the same voice mail.

Repeated phone calls after numerous times I told people to remove me from their calling list. Same message left with loan opportunities and debt pay off. Getting calls 2-3 times a day, even when blocked they use different numbers to call from. Jessica is one named used. Company has a listings in:

Call from Jessica left this message about a loan I filed out. I never applied for a loan get so many calls from this person.

I received a call from the 855 number, and it was a recorded message requesting that I call back to discuss a delinquent account. I called right back and the man who answered immediately stated let me pull up your information. He stated, that I had some type of payday loan for 500.00, but with penalties, I owed over $3K. He asked and told me the last 4 digits of my social. I said yes, but I have not had any type of payday loan. He said you used to work for a company called Integrated Focus, which I never have worked for a company under that name. At this point, I told him it sounded like fraud. He stated we have your photo ID/driver's license on file. I said I don't care what you have on file. I never have worked for a Focus company nor do I have any loans out with anyone. He tried to interrupt by verifying the last 4 of my social again. I stated, "I don't care what you have this is not me. He then disconnected our call.

I want to warn everyone about a group of scammers pretending to be legitimate lenders on social media. These individuals claim to represent reputable institutions like Resuelve Tu Deuda and even usa.gov to gain your trust, but their real goal is to steal your money. Here’s how they operate:

1. They ask for an upfront payment to "process your loan application."

2. Once you pay, they come up with new excuses to request more money: insurance, transfer fees, taxes, etc.

3. They keep demanding money until you get tired, suspicious, or confront them. By then, they’ve already taken hundreds of dollars from you.

I received calls on my personal cell phone and my business phone. I did not answer or speak to them, but a message was left. The caller identified themselves as Jessica and said they are almost done approving my loan but need some income verification. A loan application number was provided and a callback number of 877.867.5139.

I have not applied for any loans and all of my accounts with the credit bureaus are are currently frozen, so this is an obvious scam.

You talked to a lady, Courtney Cash was the supervisor. Can't remember original person talked to. They asked for money to get money. Tried lower amounts but I said no. Said I was on SSI. Now repeat calls on free loans daily.

Received a text with very resonable rates for a loan. They took my personal information and attempted to get my online password. Once i accused him of scamming he instantly started cussing and hung up in my face.
