Janet alleged me solicited funds via email, resulting in a returned electronic check and pending criminal charges.

I requested documentation, but Janet stated paperwork cannot be sent as the situation is time-sensitive and requires payment for resolution.

Caller leaves message regarding my loan for $67,000. Caller verifys personal information (Name, address, phone number.) Wants to perform "Soft" credit check to verify loan amount and interest rate I am eligible for but needs my date of birth. At that point I stop the process.

I have received multiple calls from Fresh Start Union. The automatic message states, "It _______ calling from the personal loan review team reaching out with a quick update on your funding request. Your application has been re-reviewed and is now showing nearly approved for $______. Pending last steps and verification." I told them to stop calling and add me to Do Not Call List but keep getting calls from different numbers. I have blocked over 10 numbers already.

I received a call and this was the voice mail left "Hi, this is Daniela calling from Credit Review team for your records. This is Daniela Torres with the credit review department. I'm reaching out regarding your previous loan request. I've tried to connect with you a couple of times and wanted to share a quick update. Your application was recently reevaluated and flagged for 2nd review, and it's now showing nearly complete and just about approved for $67,000..."

AI and voice mail..can connect to live rep..call from different numbers two-3 times a day!Hey, this is Veronica calling from Personal Loan Review for your records. I've tried to connect with you a couple of times since the new year, and I wanted to give you a quick update. You may also see a couple of additional term options available if you log into your loan portal where you can review and select your offer. If you've already received it. A woman names Veronica Garcia calls me repeatedly from United States 708 area codes usually but multiple numbers are used because I’ve blocked each one. She always leaves the same voicemail saying I’ve tried to get a loan and she can help me finish the process and get it through. I never answer or call back so I don’t know what happens in that case but it’s obviously a scam.

Photo provided are all from “Veronica Garcia” using different numbers. This is just a short list of the numbers from this week. She’s been harassing me for months daily.

Every day I get a call about a loan I supposedly applied for. The company has new criteria and ask me to call underwriting to accept the new terms. The problem is I never applied for this. Whenever I call the number to opt out, 855-909-0847, I am informed I will be placed on the do not call list and then abruptly hung up on. The calls continue each day from different numbers and sometimes multiple times a day. They are also coming despite me blocking many of the numbers.

Constantly sends our business faxes from 1-707-230-6735 asking for business information and monthly bank deposit information. Faxing back form to 888-233-7130 with message to remove from list does nothing and the included website www.pleaseunsubscribe.com is fake.

Phishing Scam! Unsolicited "Loan" Approval Company offering $67,000 loan that I never inquired about or applied for. A.I. Robocaller calls several times a day from many different area code phone numbers. *Press 9 to remove my number from their call list does not work. They keep calling daily often leaving voicemails with instructions to call (866) 959-1584.

This company has repeatedly called me 6-8 times per week. They tell me that i need to finalize my $65,000 loan. I have never applied to a loan. They want me to contact them at 866-959-0957. I have blocked numberous numbers from this company and reported them as a scam to verizon.
