I repeatedly at least once a day sometimes more than that the same call with a voice message. This is "so and so" from lending company. Your loan has basically been approved but we just need some additional information like your income. If you're available now press 2 or call 888-919-5698 and I can help you or you can go to our portal (which they don't provide). Press 7 if you don't want to hear from me again.

These calls are coming more and more frequently and I never answer the phone. They come from random area codes, cities and states and always different. I always block the call but I'd really hope to get to the bottom of this and stop it! It's crazy.

Was messaged on fb about a loan and continuously messaged about 12 messages in 3 hour span, they also some how got my phone number I did not share any info or click link on any of my devices prior to this I have been applying for loans- there is no true business name attached to the Facebook I did however ask for a website name for the business to research on my own off of google I clicked and it did open to a website while trying to find contact info to further inquire my bank was attempted for $450 but unsuccessful. When I messaged back on FB it just sends bot like response with links and saying different amounts I’m approved for.

We just need to confirm a couple quick things specifically income related, which you can also complete that online through the loan portal. You You're always welcome to reapply down the road, but I'd love to help you finalize it now if we can. Again to move forward press two now or give us a call at 888-919-5701 opt out of future calls press nine please…” They are coming from multiple area codes now

This is the most recent loan scam that I have been subjected to for the last several months in 2024/25. They know my name and they know the loan amount I was shopping for about a year ago. At first most of the numbers were for my area code but that stopped a couple months ago. Individual contacted me stating they were an employee at Live Stream Loans.

I thought it was a call back on a loan that I had requested. The individual asked for my social security number, bank username and password, wanted to change my password, asked me to send money to him through cash app.

I received a $500 payday loan, I paid it off before the first payment was due on 4/10/25. I was told the first payment was already in process, I still wanted to pay off. The amount I owed was less the $92.01 in process but they didn't deduct it from the payments I made to pay off. The rep said I owed the payoff amount published plus the amout already being processed. That would make the already massive interest rate of 649% more than 1000%. The payoff was $580.01 as stated on my account and I ended up paying $672.00 for a 10 day loan of $500.00. Patria Lending acknowledged they owed me a refund on 4/11/25. It is now 4/18/25 no refund. I have emailed 6 times and called at least 3 times to be on hold for 30 mintues and then disconnected! There is not a soul to speak with or get status on my refund. They charge exorbinant interest rates for short term loans but can't pay back there mistake! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SHORT TERM LOANS. THEY HAVE ONLY BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 2023 AND OBVIOUSLY ARE RUNNING FRAUDULENTLY.

I did not answer the call, the voicemail message states that I received a loan approval and to continue (via pre recorded message) to press 1. If I want to be removed from the list to press 9, however, I would not be able to speak to a live representitive if I press 9. Insinuating to only press 1. Obviously it is spam, but with the added press this versus that gives a sense that you can be removed from a list that doesn't obviously exist.

I been applying to loans.

They called and said they were lending club. Which I found out later on they are not. They sent me money and asked me to send it back. Asked for all my personal information as well.

They have phones, they put you on hold.

They for rude and hostile when I said I want to cancel. Threatens me.

I have emails and how many times they called me. They said they will have their lawyer contact me. Okay that’s fine.

Told me I was stealing their Money and I on recorded line I said okay that’s good.

They tried to get me to say I am not paying. He started to scream at me. I hung out. Canceled my card and change my bank account.
