I've received this voice message several times. I never applied for this loan nor have I ever heard of Credit Executive Office. It came from phone number 346-741-1357.

"This is Mario Collins with the Credit executive Office regarding your personal loan request. I've been trying to reach you over the past few days to finalize your request and go over the steps with you. Based on the latest review, it looks like we may be able to approve you for around $53,000. You can either log into your loan portal to complete the closing documents. Or if you'd like to speak with your loan specialist now, you can press 1 or call us directly at 833-588-3768. Again, that number's 833-588-3768. Whenever you have a moment, please give me a call back. I look forward to connecting.".

I receive phone calls from various phone numbers and they leave a voicemail saying, "This is Marco Mendoza with the Credit Executive Office regarding your personal loan request. I've been trying to reach you over the past few days to finalize your request and go over the steps with you based on your latest review. It looks like we may be able to approve you for around $50,000. You can either log into your loan portal to complete the closing documents, or if you'd like to speak with your loan specialist now, you can press 1 or call us directly at 833-588-3819. Have a great day. I look forward to speaking with you."

Calls daily, sometimes more then once and leaves the same message, “Hello this is Caroline calling with an update on my business loan for $239,000.00”, it quite a long message.

I Did not ask this company for a loan, nor did I sign up I initially. I thought it was one of the companies I had signed up for a loan through but later realized it was a scam. I have blocked the company but they keep calling & sending numerous text messages that I'm approved for a loan. Yet I'm not when I click on the website. I've unsubscribed also to no avail. This s is a huge scam to get personal information.

Calls from different unknown location numbers & leaves the same voicemail.

This company and/or companies call me up to 11 times a day to offer me a loan. I have reported it to the nationaldonotcall.gov website multiple times. I have blocked every number. I have chosen the add my number to their do not call list. They continue to harass me.

Voice mail message:

hey this is Nor Smith checking in from the approval division. I see here that we were able to get you pre-qualified for a personal loan as much as $45,000 with a comfortable monthly payment of $375 per month. They will not stop calling me claiming that they got me approved for a loan and need to finalize my personal information,

They call from multiple phone numbers so blocking them doesn't work. I have asked to be removed from their list multiple times and it doesn't work. They call multiple times a day and claim they are from Fresh Start Union

Scammer keeps sending text messages and calling stating I applied for a so called loan.

WHOEVER THESE PEOPLE ARE THEY NEED TO BE ARRESTED FOR THEIR LIES!!!!

Constant phone calls from Kiana Navarro stating I have been approved for a loan. I block the calls several times a day but they still keep coming in from her with a new number each time asking me to call her at 855-909-0914. I did call this back and ask them to please stop calling me and they answered saying my name, it is quite scary they have my number tracked. I dont know how to get these calls to stop. It is at least 15-20 calls per day.

Same call at least once a day, sometimes twice a day for over a week now. All from different numbers (block them all, but they keep changing them). It's a "Kianna Navarro" calling about a loan (which I did not apply for). They leave a call back number of 866-959-1606 (I would start there if I were an agency that could do some investigation). I'm not dumb enough to call it. I'm on the Do Not Call registry, have been for years. They give no way of asking to be put on their do not call list. This is getting ridiculous. Why is anyone unable to stop this scam from happening.

I continually receive an inbound call to my cell, each time from a different number. They tell me about the "loan that I applied for" when I applied for no loan. This is very deceptive and clearly a UDAAP violation. I've expressed this to them 2 times and still receive the calls.
