I purchased two identical dresses for my daughter from this website and received two "dresses" (they look like something that would make a hooker blush) that are completely different from one another and completely different from what I ordered. The company has a phone number on their website but it isn't working. Customer service responds to emails but they will only accept returns if we pay for shipping to a Hong Kong address. Once they receive it they'll review and consider a refund. The return policy on their website is very misleading in that they say they'll provide a return shipping label but they absolutely refuse to do so. I have no confidence that they will honor any sort of refund and don't want to be out even more money after paying for shipping with the slim hope that they will actually receive the product in their 30 day return product window and authorize a refund.

Lilisrose.com sent two of the wrong dresses. When I tried to contact them, all of their numbers were invalid and disconnected.
