My parents bank account through online banking. Their Zelle account that was hacked through their bank account was hacked. The email address that was registered was deleted. They sent a request using the email address [email protected] with the name Elizabeth Jackson to send the request to my parents Zelle account then login back into my parents account to accept the payment request to themselves. The payment was sent as rent payment. Due to the on going investigation I'm unable to upload any images at this time.
