LIAN footwear advertises on TikTok that they sell orthopedic shoes and are true to size. They also offer refunds if needed. When my order arrived, the shoes were wrapped in plastic, no labels, no shoebox and no means of being able to return them. No invoice either. They also said that they would be delivered by UPS and instead were delivered by Swift F. The order confirmation that was emailed to me listed the shoes at 59.99 and a VIP Member x 1 listed as FREE. Which, I never asked for a membership - for what? I just bought shoes, nothing else. 2 weeks later I am being charged $39.99 for a VIP Membership that I never authorized. There is no way of contacting them to get this corrected.

Advertised as orthopedic shoes that were cheaply made and way smaller than the actual size. Advertised as a full refund if returned within 30 days. Tried to return as soon as I got them and was offered a 20% refund to keep them or I pay to send them back.

Was axsite came up on Facebook. Orthopedic shoes on sale. $260 on sale for $84.95. Made purchase. Received shoes made out of cheap material and foam. Size 9 ordered, doesn't fit, feels like size 7 or 8, too small.
