Received three items from this business. The return process is extra long and they refuse to return my money while they claim theres still an active chargeback going on. The website advertises silk scarves, and they sent me only one silk scarf and the rest were fake polyester. I do not believe this is an authentic business, it falsely advertises what it sends to customers, and has a very long dragged out timeline for refunds/ returns. My (return) package has been stuck in Chinese customs for 34 days, and they are unable to give me clarity on what is holding up the chargeback process other than blaming Shopify for it.
