A woman called and said that I owed CASHUSA and that if i didn't pay TODAY they were taking me to court and my balance would be higher with legal fees, court costs, etc... I asked for verification of the debt because I do not believe that I owe that and she sent me an email that did not have any of the information i requested. I had requested to know the EXACT DATE the loan was made, the address that was used, VALIDATION that i owed this debt.... NONE of that was provided. She just kept repeating to me on the phone that if i failed to make payment, court proceedings were forthcoming and the amount would be higher. The e-mail contained the following letter.

Called me, had ALL of my information including full ssn. Saying I had an online loan. After first payment was made to them I asked about the creditors info. I called them and I in fact did not have a loan through the company they were claiming I owed.
