Dealership sold car without putting it in my name

The dealership sold me a car didn’t put the car in my name didn’t put it on my credit. I’ve been paying him 550 every month for six months straight. He had insurance on the car and my name and the vehicle was not registered to me. I got receipts and I’ve been paying for insurance for a vehicle that was not in my name. He been accepting money and not putting the money on my credit that I’ve been paying for the vehicle, he took $1000 for the first payment and he took 550 for six payments a month. The car has been impounded. I can’t get the car out the impound because the vehicle is not in my name. I told him to get the car and put the vehicle in my name when it got impounded the first time it got impounded the second time he did not put the vehicle in my name. Now I’ve been sitting in the impound for 30 days now and he won’t go get the vehicle. He set up the came out insurance on the car and didn’t put the car in my name.
