I have not received my order from this company. I have contacted them requesting a refund and they will not give me one. The tracking they provided is false. I contacted my post office and they told me the tracking information is not correct and the package is not at the post office or in my PO Box like it stated in the tracking information. They have argued with me that my order was delivered. I provided them proof that it was not delivered to my PO Box. All I want is my money back. They also provided a New Mexico address/location in the United States but the merchandise comes from China so they lied in that as well. They guarantee your order to arrive within 5 to 15 days and it has been way longer.
