I ordered clothing from this website in April 2026 and was told I would receive it in 3-4 business days. It never arrived even a month later. The tracking number I was given never worked to track said order. I went back and forth with their customer service and they told me they had a loss by me not receiving my product so they could not refund me. I continued to request the full refund and they never refunded me for the merchandise that was never received. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank.

I ordered pants from laddermere.com after seeing them on TikTok. It has been well over a month. I have contacted the customer service multiple times asking where my package is, and requesting a refund. I have been told multiple times I would receive a refund to no avail, as well as the fact that my package is still on the way. This website is a total scam.
