the person who scamed me, his name is Victor Garcia DBA: P G autosales with an address in florida as well in chicago IL and he sold me a ticket for a supossed raffle with various prizes in witch according to him i won a $1500 cash prize on June 23rd 2018 on a facebook event live, then several weeks later he keeps making escuses why he hasn't give me the prize.

now he is still active and organizing 2 new raffles "la rifa del corvette 2015" as well "la Rifa de la SRT8" and as far i know he is doing it illegally, he has no permit or anything that is regulated trough any goverment agency.

PLEASE i urge to some one who see this put stop to this guy. He is just making in average or $40,000 to $50,000 each raffle with out paying out the prizes as well not paying his portion of taxes to the goverment, plus all that money comes out poor unsuspicious victims that work hard for that money!

If anyone know about this please report this guy and call your local police and report this scammer!
