This company in India called Justwords sent me a job offer in English saying I could easily get 3000 to 4000-word assignments daily and I would earn 40 ppw. They have been in business for 14 years and have worked with American writers long enough to know that ppw means pay per word in America. They also claim that they pay you at the end of next month for the work you completed the previous month. After working hard for two months for them and submitting 26 1000-word articles, I expected to make around $11,000, but they only paid me $92, which barely covered the programs I was required to pay for to write for them. When I asked them where's the rest of my pay they laughed and said ppw means paisas per word in India, so that was all I was getting, then they ignored me. Even in their contract, it said pay was on a pay-per-word basis, they never mentioned anything about paisas per word because no one would work for practically free for them. Moreover. the work was extremely hard and time-consuming, so they misled me into believing I would be paid 40 cents per word. When I checked their reviews on their Facebook page, I found another writer they didn't pay in 2017, so who knows how many writers they scammed into writing for free, yet for 2 whole months?
