The dresses are depicted as nice quality, and well designed and constructed. You don't get what you ordered. The quality is very poor, construction is cheap, piping that is sewn on in the website photos is printed on the dresses received, dresses are often a different design than shown on the website, fabric that appear to be cotton or linen on the website are a thin, flimsy poly, and colors are often not as described or shown. The store says they are located in Nashville, TN, so that is where you think the items are coming from, but they are shipped directly from China. The website says they have a 30-day money back guarantee and will send a return label with instructions. When contacting them to process the refund, they said I'd have to pay $20-$30 to ship back to China and would only give a 20% refund.

I recieved the product I ordered from Juliaandanne.com. The website said it was from Nashville,TN USA. The dress does not fit and when I requested a refund they said I would have to pay a shipping fee back to China that cost more than my dress. They offered me a 20% refund with no return. I told them that is unacceptable
