I purchased a males engagement ring from Joancee (joancee.com) in April for $75. I never received the ring. I reached out by email several times over the few past months to [email protected] to see what was going on with my order. I didn’t get a tracking number or nothing. They said they sent it but I never got it. I even went to my bank to get a refund because they wouldn’t give me a refund back. They told my bank I received the product and my bank declined the refund, but I never received anything. So they took my money and I never got my ring.
