Walmart $500.00 gift card

Got message I won the gift card I responded and sent a one dollar payment with my mother's debit card. It said it was declined and gave me an error number and said to pick it up at the store. I'm worried about them taking money from her account!

My credit card company let me know that they declined 2 charges of $29.90 on Sep. 4, 2023 & wanted to send me a new credit card because my old one was "compromised." I aked them to tell me the phone # of the 2 merchants who charged me. I called both of them & they were the same outfit, a

sweepstakes outfit under name of JITTERBUGSCORE. Apparently i entered 2 times for a sweepstakes chance & did not know I would be charged $29.90 for each entry! Who charges money for sweepstakes entries? They were trying to charge my credit card Co. but were declined. Now I have to have a new card & spend hours notifying all my automatic pmt merchants - I am so mad!
