On 10/27/24 I saw an ad on Facebook from JC Penny. I placed an order for $87.70. After Christmas I still did not received my order I contacted them via email at [email protected] & they stated my order has been shipped. I requested proof of delivery. They emailed back & said shipping company told him delivery was lost & offered money back to me. After a few attempts we agreed on 80% of a refund from $87.70. As to date 4/10/25 still no refund. I want to file a complaint as they defrauded me out of $87.70
