They approved me supposedly for a condo to rent. They then are asking that I purchase a 350 dollar reservation card to hold the condo thru their payment portal. Once you try to run a card it says the payment portal is experiencing technical difficulties and provides three other options to pay. With bank info which your unable to do, Venmo with again you cannot and finally cash app that you can to a person who supposedly work for the company in the sales department. I tried to see if I could contact that person or the sales department to pay them and was told I cannot. I have asked for the company's address to go in and pay and have not been given and answer. I am told that once I pay I will receive my reservation code card and then can proceed to get my lease and sign it then get the instructions on how the keys will be mailed to me for the condo. On the website Jamesonhousing.com under about us there is a place that says for media inquiries click here and nothing happens there is no link there. The customer care number is the same as the one being used to try to get me to pay the 350. Now I am told I can purchase a reservation card at walmart. Please look into this.
