I ordered a faux crocodile skin shield and spear from iworkscc.com on June 1, 2023, and was informed it would arrive on July 7, 2023. When it did not come on the date stated, I contacted the website through their instant messenger. This is the only way to contact the company. There is no phone number or physical street address. After several attempts with no response I felt it best to inform anyone thinking of doing business with them of the expensive lesson I learned so no one else has to endure the same.
