Type of a scam Phishing

Received a pink postcard saying final notice for a package delivery. Call 713-574-7977 with a package number. The business name is IWC Disctribution Centers and shows dots all over Houston Texas indicating that they have as locations however, there are no addresses or PO numbers listed anywhere on pink card. They make it look like a post office issued card but it is not. I called them but they only say they are a distribution center for many companys and they need the package number on pink card to identify which package is to be delivered. I ask them what kind of packages do they deliver. They seemed to hesitiate and began asking me questions. I gave them a fake name and they pretended to look it up then claiming no package for that name. I ask them if they were a scammer caller and they seemed shocked like they never heard of the word "scammer". I said you guys sound like a scam attempt and I hung up.
