This company sent us an invoice. We have a contract with supplies/equipment vendor, so I know we did not order anything from this company.

When i looked them up, others had received similar invoices and all were for the same amount of money--$1218.55. When I called, it's a generic voicemail. It looks like they just look up an address and send an invoice.

Received an invoice in the mail in the amount of $1,218.55 for Xerox supplies that were never ordered. Confirmed with our IT department that this is not a company we use as a supplier. Called the number on the invoice and it went straight to voicemail. Company also included in the envelope a coupon stating that if we include our information and pay the invoice, they will send a $100.00 American Express gift card overnight to us.

We received an invoice for $ 1,2818.55 regarding 2 items with the description "COPYSTAR CS 3552CI SUPPLIES" FOR $ 597.82 each plus S/H for 22.91. No one in the office was familiar with the vendor. An associate looked up the vendor on the ScamPulse.com website and came across multiple postings of the scam. I wanted to share our experience to let other consumers know that the scam is still happening.

Revieved a Fake Invoice from a company called IT ADMIN. Address is 511 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 506, New York, NY 10011. They are invoicing for Toshiba E-Studios Copier supplies. We don't even own a Toshiba E-Studio copier. Beware and do not pay.

We received an invoice for (2) Brother DCP L2540DW printers on 10/4/19, and shipping, to the tune of $1,218.55. Noting this was well over double the cost our IT department pays for these, and we never use this vendor, we always list a Purchase Order #, I questioned this invoice. Our IT department verified they had not ordered these items, nor would they use this vendor. As of yet, we have not received any such products, even though the invoice itself was dated for 9/16/19. The "invoice" indicated it was shipped UPS. This is bogus, and ironically, all such complaints on file are for the exact amount. Don't fall for this, please.

Received an invoice from IT ADMIN of which we are not affiliated for products we did not order or receive. Found multiple complaints on the ScamPulse.com for this company, IT ADMIN, which confirmed my suspicions of fraudulent activity. The invoice I received was for 2 Dell products at $597.82 each, subtotaling $1,195.64 plus $22.91 shipping for an invoice total of $1,218.55. These were the same amounts noted in the complaints I found, but for different products, i.e. Xerox, Ricoh, HP. It appears they are just sending out fake invoices in hopes they will be paid by accounts payable departments without question.

Received an invoice from these ** ***. $1,218.55 for two toner cartridges, never ordered never delivered. The employee name they reference as placing the order would literally never order supplies. I see that there are several other complaints with the exact same MO and almost exact same dollar amount. Wish someone could shut this *** down... Isn't interstate fraud a federal crime?

After recently upgrading to new copiers from our trusted vendor, this information somehow becomes public knowledge and IT ADMIN moved in. They called and promised a $100 debit Mastercard (which they did send and we returned) with the supplies we never ordered nor received. With the 2nd invoice they sent, we then researched the invoice, called our copier vendor and he filled us in that this was a scam. We then sent IT ADMIN an official letter to cease all harassing activities towards our company.

We received an invoice for toner for a brand of machine we don't even have. It was for the exact same dollar amount and shipping amount as stated in other complaints against this company,. The PO is listed as "verbal" and our receptionist doesn't not order supplies. Also, the due date is the same as the invoice date. Also, and an enticement for an employee to go along with the fake invoice, they are offering a $100.00 gift card. According to the Google, there is no "Avenue of the Americas", but it does come up with 511 6th st NY. If this is a legit company payments are being sent to, why can't the FBI raid the place and arrest them for fraud.

We don't do business with IT ADMIN. This raised a red flag. we had received a call from someone, they didn't give a name, about 2 weeks ago, saying that our Sharp copier (they already knew the brand) was offline and wanted specific details about it. They were not given specific info, however, the admin who took the call transferred the caller (male) to someone else. When that other person answered the call, the caller stated that they were with FedEx and wanted to verify our shipping address. This was done, the caller than asked for the name of the person he was speaking with & was given it. We asked the caller if they were going to be delivering a package and they hung up. On 8/12/19 an invoice was received for 2 ea. of toner for a Sharp copier. We hadn't ordered toner. We researched and found that this company appears to be involved in fraudulent behaviors.

Received an invoice for HP Laserjet M602 Supplies at $597.82 each x 2 and shipping of 22.91 for a total of $1218.55 on 7/31 from IT Admin by mail. We never ordered any supplies from IT Admin before and we never received any product for this invoice from this vendor. We have our own service contracts with our equipment where these companies service our equipment and bring in our supplies and parts when the equipment is being serviced. This is clearly a fake invoice with the intention to scam. Please report them with the federal trade commission using this link https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov

Then, select Rip-off and Imposter scam.

Then select the Imposter option.

Then choose the option "Pretend to be a representative or employee of a business"

Received an invoice for copier toner that we did not order. I called the company that services our copiers to see if they used a 3rd party and they told me they did not and to ignore the fraudulent invoice. What is really interesting is that the invoice has my name (spelled incorrectly) as the contact, which I'm not sure how they got my name.

Do not pay the invoice. It is a fake!
